ReadyFUND$ is offered by Performance Benefits, Inc® and was established in 2005 to provide payroll cards. We help clients achieve the benefits of paperless payroll, which allows their employees a convenient way to receive their pay and manage their finances.

Sherry Chesmore - President/CEO

Sherry is a payments technology executive with more than 15 years of experience in payments and payroll card programs with both Visa and Mastercard. She has directed the integrations and managed the relationships with multiple banks and payroll processors. Sherry has a degree in Accounting from the University of Northern Colorado.

Olive Bandy - Sr. Implementation Manager

Olive Bandy has been in the payment industry since 2007. She has worked with multiple banks and payment processers and knows the ins and outs. She is responsible for client implementations & longevity, operations and support. Olive works with our call center to ensure customer excellence and provides solutions for escalated calls. She also works with our fraud and dispute team to support mitigation.

Kelly Ames - Mgr. of Client Implementations & Key Relationships

Kelly brings 10+ years of experience in account management and customer success.  She is committed to cultivating and fostering long-standing relationships with our clients and ensuring a successful customer journey! Kelly has a Bachelor’s Degree from Colorado State University.

Amanda Huber - Director of Operations

As Director of Operations, Amanda is responsible for improving organizational performance by enhancing business operation systems, organizational procedures, flow of information inside and outside company, management strategy and business processes. Amanda has been with ReadyFUND$ since  2011.

Our organization began using the ReadyFUND$ payroll card program in February of 2010. Prior to using ReadyFUND$, the production and delivery of checks to our employees was cumbersome and time consuming. While we wanted to move to direct deposit for all our employees, we had a significant number who did not have bank accounts. By using the ReadyFUND$ card, we solved that problem and now every employee can use direct deposit either to their bank account or the ReadyFUND$ card. We now offer ReadyFUND$ as a new benefit to all our employees, dramatically increasing our direct deposit participation. This has translated to significant cost savings for us and more satisfied employees.

We implemented ReadyFUND$ in November of 2010 to provide 100% of our employees the ability to receive their pay electronically, even those without a bank account. We love the convenience of the Instant Issue ReadyFUND$ MasterCard® payroll card. We can offer the instant issue card at the time of hire so new employees don’t have to wait for a card in the mail anymore and the company can set them up for electronic pay the same day they are hired. The new program makes our employee boarding process even more efficient and is better for our employees since they receive the MasterCard on day one. Using the ReadyFUND$ Client Portal for card inventory management, registering cards, getting program information and reports is a snap and makes program administration quick and easy.
